Hello to one and all, another newbie here and a newbie to Mego, but not toy collecting in general.
I collect toys issued by Palitoy in the UK and other than Mego, am hoping collectors her may be able to help me out with finding a fe nice examples of Battle Brigade/ Lion Rock WWII figures, so if anyone has anything for sale or trade, please let me know,
Thanks, I hope I might be able to add a little content from scans of Palitoy trade catalogues. price lists etc, but I'd be surprised if I can find anything that has not been added already
hello and welcome dave. Head on over to the market place for what you need. Plenty of helpful people here who might be able to sell what your looking for.
Hello all my name is J.D. or a.k.a juanimal.( Soon the head shrinker)
I have always loved mego when I was a kid and as a grown up I have been involved in 12 inch action figures and 8 inch, mego is where I started and as a new member I would like to introduce you all to a new line of mego heads. I have been working on sculpting new heads and taking the past year to shrink 1/6 th scale heads to mego size. I have had about a 85-90 percent success and have confidently unveiled my line on ebay for the first time this week. I currently have the following in mego size:
Batman (adam West)
Steve Mcqueen
Sean connery( LXG movie)
Arnold9Predator movie)
Arnold (terminator)
Bob Marley
Bill Murray
Kurt Russel(Soldier)
Snake Plisken
Kurt Russell( Stuntman Mike Deathproof movie
Reaper (Blade Movie)
Earl( My name is Earl)
Dwight( The Ofiice)
Indiana jones( 2 Styles)
Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino)
The Submariner( Namor)
Marcus ( Underworld vampire)
Two Face
Mad hatter
2 zombie heads
Kieffer sutherland as the lost boys vampre
Grampa Munster.
Any one interested? Like I said I can also take your 1/6th scale heads and shrink them down to mego size in about 2 weeks or sooner.
Any one want to see pics please e-mail me and you will see. I sold my first ones this week and they go for $5.00 each plus shipping for solid resin copies I am also working on molding these heads in a soft flexable urethane as well.
I guess working as a model maker for 21 years has finally paid off in starting my little 2 man company in starting a new wave of mego heads and styles.
I am proud to be a member among you all.
E-mail me at [email protected] or [email protected] if interested

Hello all at the Mego Museum, My name is Charles A.K.A. Chunky B. I have been visiting in the shadows for a long time and decided it was time to officially join up, even though I only have about five Megos to my name, I still dig the toys and fondly remember them from my childhood.
I collect the EMCE stuff, classic toys when I can get my hands on them, and mostly modern toys. I consider Mego and Original Star Wars to be classic, along with all the others of that era, everything else is modern to me.
I guess you could say I have been collecting toys (as an adult) since around 1987. I have a blog where I ramble about goofy memories and what not about toys and often feature bad grammar and spelling at eclectorama.blogspot.com, everyone is welcome to stop by. I am also in the amusement toy industry, working at a little toy company that produces crane and amusement plush.
I have found in my internet travels that the Mego Museum always seems friendly and the users seem like a big family and I am happy to be able to chime in with my nonsense with a group of great toy collectors like yourselves.
