Has anyone bought a 12 inch body from figuresinc?

worth mentioning that the 2nd versions of Mego Kiss were on the skinny body that Doc is referring to. The 1st versions of Gene, Paul, and Ace were on the fashion doll bodies, which are notably skinnier than the skinny bodies. Peter, I believe, was only ever on a skinny jointed body. None of them were ever made with the buff muscle body that Spidey and Supes had in 12" form.

Thanks for the clarification. I had this image of the fashion doll bodies, so this is a relief to hear. Makes more sense now.

Interesting... So Kiss had a type 1/type 2 body phase as well! Learn something new everyday.

So like a sonny body first, and then they switched to the Canadian hero bodies.

^^ Yes.

And the silly bit is that the skinny suits do not fit on the bigger bodies very well and the boots are absolutely not able to cross over, so you can't really swap a skinny out to a bigger body if you want to get off of the fashion/straight armed thing.

Can't stand them myself.

Of course, with the skinny/fashion body, there is MUCH less chance for repro items.

I don't know if it's worth buying a new body to break it apart to fix a 30 year
old body at $25.00 each.

I have a 12" Batman suit with no Batman. I should order one of these bodies and I'll be step closer to my goal of having a 12" Batman. It would be cool if they sold parts too. Like just legs or arms etc. My 12" Robin has a crack in his lower leg, I could replace it.
