ok I was on ebay I seen this figure I really wanted I firsted ask oh are you taking offees on the figure she was like so I made her a offer on it and she was let me think about it ill let you know later then now I ended up finding out that she sold without saying nothing even tho she told me she would let me know if she would take the offer maybe its just me but that's pretty rude. has ever happen to anyone here?

Ok was there a buy it now on the auction? Was there a make me an offer option. It sounds like you emailed her. If someone offered her more money than you did or just flat out used the buy it now option i don't see where she did anything wrong.

there was no BIN it was just a offer on the figure and like I said she was going to " let me know" but she never did and ended up saleing it before I got a reply but yeah I guess it happens

OK i think i got ya now. She just had it for sale, you made an offer and before she said yes or no she sold it to someone else. I'm sorry bro but since you opened the can of worms per say on an offer i don't think she had to say a thing. Just sounds like someone offered more money. So i take it she just ended the auction. It sucks but it happens.

Yeah, I had a bid in there. Not much to do if the seller takes offers. Nothing rude about the ordeal, in my opinion. Once the offers on auctions get in the mix, it's a different game without many rules, my friend.
