The Creature from the Black Lagoon: 360

Diamond Select Toys/EMCE Retro Cloth Creature from the Black Lagoon Thanks to the good folks at EMCE toys we get an “all angles” look at one of the most anticipated ReMego figures of the year, the Creature from the Black Lagoon. He doesn’t appear to have a bad side… Can’t wait for Halloween!

So beautiful! Their best figure to date.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Does anyone know who did the sculpt? It would be cool if it was someone from here.

Tremendous. It seems like it the perfect mix of what people wanted. A printed suit with sculpted details and a fantastic head sculpt.

                      DST not BBP

The Creature - as with all the Universal Monsters are being produced by
DST - Diamond Select Toys - not BBP - Bif Bang Pow. I know it must
be confusing since I am involved with both.

The Creature was sculpted by make-up artist Sean Sansom - who
does not post here. He's usually too busy creating make-up effects
                      for movies.

It looks incredible. How are the sculpted details on the back affixed to the fabric costume?

Sean Sansom's sculpts are awesome! (he sculpted Brick too didn't he? Presidential Monsters like Lincolnstein, Night of the Living Dead?)
