    Mego Spidey on Pawn Stars?

I was watching tonight when the guy came in with the autographed counterfeit ten dollar bill. It looked like on the back wall, they have a carded Mego Spidey there. If they show the episode again,it looks Corey was standing in front of it.

I didn't see the Spidey, but there were a bunch of various dolls on that wall/case. Towards the bottom there was a whole row of yellow-carded Mego-style figs.. couldn't tell if they were original or a re-mego product, but I'm sure someone here will recognize them right off.

I was too lazy to get off the couch and get a closer look.

I'm not a fan of Pawn Stars 'cause of them trying to ripping off the owner sellers and cusomers.......

I agree and disagree, the overwhelming majority of people going in there need fast cash to gamble with, and if they are stupid enough to take the item to a pawn shop instead of the dozens of other ways they could get a fair price for it then it is a lick on them for going into a pawn shop to start with. Who the hell takes a legitimate George Washington autograph into a pawn shop? You could get any auction house to sell it, or put it on Ebay and do better then you will get pawning it.

Yeah, that happen sometimes. They should put their items on ebay or at live Auctions will bring more money than all Pawn Shops, dunno why they're going to the Pawn Shop.... lazy?

I stopped watching Pawn Stars a long while ago when I found out they use actors posing as "customers"...look for this guy pawning NBA Championship rings, Super Bowl trophies, etc etc. It's lame.

The lure of a pawn shop is that it's fast cash - usually to pay off a debt -
and that the shop will let you buy the item back within a certain time
                      frame.

At least that's how it used to work - I don't know if the shop owner now has
the right to re-sell the item immediately if he "bought" the item as opposed to
giving the customer a "loan" and the item serves as collateral.

                      Did I use enought "quotes"?
