      You really should include a copy of it with your portfolio / resume. I can't think of any better example of determination and persistence.

            I wrote to them when I couldn't find Micronauts at the stores anymore, asking if they had a catalog so I could buy them straight from Mego. They sent me back a nice form letter saying that the line had be discontinued. I wish I still had it, as I had kept it for a couple of years, but its long gone now.

                  I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time. Thanks for posting that. I wrote to President Carter and drew him a picture. A month or so later I got a hand-written thank you card, probably fake. Never had it tested for authenticity. I still have it somewhere...
                  I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

                    That letter is priceless! I too recall receiving cards/letters from family addressed as Master. I wrote a letter to AMY CARTER (President Carter's daughter) and received a form letter/postcard with her picture.
