I found a letter I wrote to MEGO in 1974.

And since they never followed through - I had to get Flash made!
I wish I had a copy of the letter I sent MEGO telling them to make
    Star Trek figures.

        Too funny.

The whole "master" thing reminds me of master Ralphie Parker from A Christmas Story when he opens the mailbox for his decoder ring!

Being a kid in the 1970's was the best!

How prophetic! So did they send you anything?

I have a bunch of letters from my grandma addressed to Master Scott, so old school.

I wrote to Kenner and they sent me a plastic bag full of Star Wars weapons, capes and light sabers.

That's pretty funny Paul. Did they send you anything for your trouble? Even a refund for your Cap?

That's great! The oldest stuff I have is some letters between a friend and myself from 1983.

                        That is so cute, Paul.

I did something similar in the '80s as a teen to Mattel, about MOTU. You wouldn't believe the swag they sent.

                          Classic!

And the "master" thing was typical 70s...I always got postcards or letters from relatives addressed to me as "Master Anthony".....

And what's worse is that when I met Marty Abrams - he acted like he didn't
                              know about my letters!

And he was all like "it's not my fault your Capt. America broke" and refused
                              to refund my money!
