Mego Spidy is evidence in a murder trial

Just a forewarning, this deals with the kidnapping, torture, and murder of a 14 year old girl. It's a true horror story. I have followed the news of this case on and off, I know the lead detective. Tonight I was shocked to see a Spiderman figure being shown among the evidence. I did a google search and found this article with a pic. This guy is twisted.
