There are very few instances where I prefer something new to something from the 70s...and not just toys, but pretty much anything relating to pop culture, music, fashion, etc. However, with the options given here I had to go with either the Mummy or the Wolfman.

I'm just not that into the Lincoln Phantom or any of the 8" Creech figures that were made in the 70s. The Lincoln Hunchback is cool, but doesn't compete with the EMCE Wolfman or Mummy, which are two of my favorite figures produced in the last 20 years.

Between the two EMCEs; it was very close, but I went with the Wolfman

It was a tough decision for me to make between the AHI Creech and the EMCE Mummy. The wrappings on the Mummy were done so perfectly by EMCE. However, the vintage aspect of the Creature won me over and I voted for him.

Don't get me wrong, I love the AHI Creature, but the lack of a cloth suit kinda contradicts what Mego(like) stands for

Oh man..... This is like trying to pick a favorite song..... I love all these toys. I guess I'll have to go with EMCE Wolfman. I think because currently he's my "go to" monster when I go to my shelf where I keep all my Megos & remegos. He's usually the first one I pick up to put in a different pose......I pick up my AHIs & Megos less, & even when i do, i'm more careful with them....I know I can replace the new ones..... Oh yea- & while The Creature from the Black Lagoon is the monster that I MOST want to see EMCE/Diamond release next year, I just don't dig the AHI Creature as much as these others. The fact that there's no suit kinda makes him seem like he's part of a different toy line....
