I can't wait to see how they'll tackle the bionic parts.

Though I had the 12 inch Kenner SMDM line as a kid I always preferred 8 inch figures. I never even liked Mego's 12 inch figures. This will definitely correct a mistake of the past.

Me too. I always thought the MPC Bionic Woman "Bionic Repair" model kit looked cool, but I don't want flimsy legs on a figure, either. Maybe the bionics will be limited to the upper arm and thighs, so they're concealed under their clothing? A "battle damaged" Steve would be awesome, where you can see his bionics through a ripped sleeve or the like.

Thank you! I was going to make a custom SMDM but won't have to know.

Ever since I saw that peruvian(?) Steve Austin, I have been dying for one.

My wife is from Peru. She told me where she grew up in Lima was very close to the Basa plant. I have asked her so many times about the possibility of some of her family maybe still having a Basa SMDM.

Right about the time I first read this thread, a commercial ran on network late night for the first season of SMDM on DVD. Looking like 2012 is gonna be a Steve Austin kinda year ...

Would love to see a screen accurate Austin with the weird belt buckle he always wears

Hmmmm. I'm gonna have to start building some Mego size foam board SMDM X planes for the figures.

I feel like I am like 8 years old again! I have to have Steve and Oscar. Please do at least those two and I will break open my piggy bank!
