I have the commercial for this piece on tape and actually all you see on the screen on that are blurred lights and hear shooting noises and a red alert klaxon. Now I can actually see how this works. It sort of reminds me of Digital Derby by Tomy.

Love the review. You mentioned trying to find D cells. I can't imagine trying to find a bulb to replace the one in there if it ever went out.

BTW/ D Cells are more the plentiful here in Washington. I had to buy some for my Tobor just a couple of weeks ago.

Funny that you should mention that... I actually did have to replace one of the bulbs! Luckily it is just a small, standard flashlight bulb. Only took me one store to find it... as opposed to the three trips it took me to find those "D" batteries.
