2 A Carbon Cutout Of What The Piece Will Look Like
3 The Carbon Cutout Once The Design Is Liked Is Put Into A Machine Called An Edm.
4 The Idea Cuts The Design Into A Piece Of Steel Which Is Called A Die.
5 The Steel Is Put Into An Oven And Hardened.
6 The Dies Is Put Into A Press. The Pieces Are Stamped Out .
7 The Pieces Are Trimmed Out By A Machine Almost Like Cutting The Excess Plastic Off Of Something . Then Teh Rim Is Pierced Out Almost Like A Hole Punch.
8 The Peices Are Cleaned And Put Into A Blackening Solution.
9 The Pieces Are Hand Relieved Under A Lea Wheel Almost Like Grinding. The Pieces Are Then Lacquered. After Laquering The Pieces Are Hand Linked To The Key Ring.
