It also features live announcements by Chris DVM for that authentic "at the show" feel.

Inspiring to hear Jason and Dave talk about the Castaway line. I think it's true that sometimes the company is what you collect. For me, Castaway is all about quality product and excellent service. In this day and age where huge corporations mass produce questionable product to push a license, Castaway is a refreshing alternative that goes after cult favorites to feed that often overlooked niche in the marketplace. They stand tall and proud in my collection.

            Listening to it now.

I'm frankly astonished at how articulate and thoughtful the Cast-A-Way boys sound given that the first thing Palitoy and I saw pulling into the parking lot was Jason single handedly holding up the train car out back. (damn you Seagrams and Mountain Dew!)

Hopefully in future Mego Museum podcast interviews, you can show just how gregarious and funny Jason and Dave are in real life.

I just finished listening to it myself. Really great stuff, all the interviews were rather inspiring! Cool people. Good job, boss.

                Scott,

Well done on the mixing and editing. Turned out very well. This is my second listen to a podcast and seems I will need to reach into the archives and ingest some of the older interviews.
                Thanks to you and Brian.

Thx for another entertaining podcast! You guys are better than a removable cowl Batman MIB.

The Castaway interview was inspiring. It's great to hear how their struggles are pushing them to become a better company.

The Pod cast is a great addition to the Museum. I hope it continues!!! This episode is especially terrific. For one who has been to MEGO Meets and regrets not going to the recent one. Its the next best thing. Its like being in the MEGO Suite, getting to listen in on those cool conversations. Or getting to talk to people like Dave L. of Castaway and Paul (DrMego) and expressing your wants or dreams for MEGO scale. These guys listen!!! You cant say that about the BIG toy Moguls.

My original thought was they would be edited out but now I'm glad they're left in.

The announcements are cool but also several orders of magnitude louder than the interviews. I keep raising the volume to hear people and when I hear the PA make the *boomp* noise I have to rush to lower the sound lest my ears get pummeled.
