    Weird Things You Just Can't Pass Up

    Is there something that doesn't really fit into your collection but just can't help picking them up when you come across them?

    For me, its any item related to the Two Guys Department Store. I'm not really sure what drives me to these things. Its not like I remember enjoying going there or anything (though I'm sure a Mego or two came from there). Maybe its just that that place is intertwined with my Mego days. Here's my latest grab-

    WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

              Pretty neat! I'm kind of the same way. I picked up an old menu from the diner section of a McCrory store on Ebay a while back just because I remember buying a lot of my Megos from there. I've also been looking for one from a Woolworths too. Just little things that when you see them it brings back some nice memories.

                          I collect bags from defunct toy and dept. stores.
                          Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

                              Two guys was a trip from here.... but i do remember they had a deal trade in your atari 2600, and get colecovision for $50, it was one of the few things that got my parents to drive there. I miss Woolowrth's, Wolco, and TSS... But the one i miss most was Korvette's There was many a Mego memory there! where I met Acroyer and spidey (pics on here and Plaid Stallions), OJ simpson was there, as well as buying my first Star wars figure (Vader!!) and the biggest mistake of a lifetime getting Big Jim Tarzan with the Gorilla, instead of Aquaman vs the great white shark!

                                  your not gong to believe this but at a flea market a couple weeks ago I saw Two Guys price tags on some stuff.
