Bought a Gene Simmons KISS doll

    Hey,

I recently purchased a Gene Simmons Mego doll and at first I was really excited to own it. But now it just sits in the display cabinet and I seem to never take it out. It's really strange my friend bought a Paul doll at the same time and he is always talking about it and playing with it.

It's strange, I really wanted it but now that I have it I don't really care about it.

Are you having buyers remorse?Atleast you bought a figure that you should have no problem reselling.

Is it really a surprise that Mego Gene doesn't play well with others, just ask Ace or Peter.

The guy I bought the Mego Dracula from has a complete Kiss set. They mint. He wants $300 firm for them though. If I had the cash, I would of offered him $250-$265 for them.

I've wanted Kiss Megos since I was a teenager, ever seen I saw them in "Love Saves the Day" (out of business store in Manhattan).

Gene can't do anything without Paul. You need the Paul counterpart to make your Gene figure come to life.

All good ideas, I have been thinking about getting an Ace for awhile now. Good one Janson, Gene Simmons has probably got rid of both the peter and ace dolls from his personal collection.
