Dr. McCoy from a Coast to Coast hardware store in 79 or 80. It was the last Mego figure of any sort in my town, as far as I knew.

I can't quite remember, but I think it must have been Eagle Force figures. I had a few of them. But then, the Gibsons store went out of business, and I bought Kirk and Spock for half price and I can't remember what year that was.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

The small Buck Rogers figures were probably the last MEGOs I ever got.

Micronauts Terraphant, in the summer of 1980. Then I moved to Okinawa Japan for 4 years, and by the time I got back to the States, Mego was gone.

Either a Batman or Robin from K-Mart in the early eighties, or Chips or the Dukes from Woolworths around the same time. I do remember seeing a few Eagle Force figures in our "Playland Toystore", in the mall well into the 90's. Oh, "the good ol' days...."!

Ah, yes.. Correction: I was thinking solely 8" with my Arrow. I did pick up a few 3 3/4" scale figs like Twiki, and some of the Trek crew when TMP came out.., primarily to add to my "purposely-meager" Kenner SW collection, moving away from all toys at that point.

My best friend and I were still making highly-polished cardboard space ships (emulating Galactica and Star Wars designs) at that point, but we agreed that graduating high school was perhaps a good time to 'move on'..

12 inch Spiderman was the last Mego I received as a kid.

I wanted to say Chips 3 3/4 inch but I actually believe the last Megos I bought at the store were in the late 1980's. At that point, Children's Palace had old stock WGSH Batman, Robin, Spider-Man and the Hulk. I know I got Batman and Robin (I had them years before as well). I can't recall if I got Spider-Man or not.

The last I remember getting was a Joker. I'm not even sure why I was given it (it was a Xmas or birthday gift) as I don't honestly recall wanting one. By that time I was pretty much all about Star Wars. It was probably on sale, and I had had so many Megos in the 5 to 6 years prior my mom probably figured it was a good idea.
Thinking about it some more, it is very possible a 12" Hulk or Spidey, or possibly a Pocket Hero was my last, but the Joker springs to mind more clearly.

Or it could have been a Micronauts figure.

My last figures were neither 8" or 3 & 3/4". They were 7".

I think I got Speedy and Wonder Girl to complete my Teen Titans set. I also remember that it was a bit bitter sweet. I remember opening them and and being intrigued with their rubber gloves and boots. But I also remember feeling a new disconnect from them. I was outgrowing toys. Fortunately I would outgrow outgrowing toys

The last Mego I had as a kid was probably a Dukes Of Hazzard figure.

for me ,i would say the hulk and spider-man in 81,toysrus opened its first store in oregon in 1980 and was mego heaven, bought a lot of figures.by 1981 all they had left was spidey and the hulk,so i bought a couple repeats (already had them years before) by 1982 all they had left was the hulk ,then that was it.
