Apology for the ToyRoom dude!!

I just want to ramble on about what I say on the mego market place, please I am still a new member myself, only being here about a year or so, but what really upsets me is that if a respected member of the MM, such as the Toyroom dude, sets the terms of sale on the MM, then that is the way it is. He has the merchandise, he sets the limitations on who he sells to and how he sells it. I am not trying to get on his good side but I will speak in his defense, I have bought from him before in the past and he is very respectible. Please, PLEASE!!!! If you don't like the terms of a sale or you want to ask for something keep the chatter on a PM and not infront of everyone in the forum.

I know, I was half tempted to chime in on that thread myself, but I didn't.

I have yet to have any dealings with 'The Toyroom' yet myself, but he does have a solid reputation around here, and I hear it's well deserved (apparently, you can testify to that, as well. )

What I find pretty remarkable about that thread was that it got back on track real fast, without any apparent moderator intervention. That was pretty much ALL members who handle that.

With very few exceptions (I have had only one bad encounter) the folks here are all pretty outstanding. Hey, we're all here because we love MEGOS & in all of it's various forms, and this group has really gone far to keep that FUN alive (moderators & members both.)

Anthony is totally a stand-up guy and ridiculously talented. Buy some boxes from him for sure. Repros or customs. You won't regret it.

I do sympathize with newbies, since there is some etiquette that takes time to figure out given all the unique personalities around here. Plus the ease at which the typed word can be misconstrued without the full spectrum of of body language and vocal inflection behind it.

Kick back, relax, take in some of the scenery and local culture. You figure it out eventually (even dumb guys like me).
