    Classic TV Toys Mad Monsters

I did a search but I couldn't find any reviews of these figures or comparisons against the originals. The only thing I could really find on eBay were the red and blue haired variants. Why is this first wave so rare? Does anyone have them or know somewhere where they're still available? Pictures? Insights? Anything you know!

They're pretty cool for the price. I had a carded Wolfman, but the bubble wasn't attached well at all. Most people don't like the bodies and also prefer the glowing eyes of the original Megos. I think the new ones are still pretty cool and if you can pick one up for $5, I think it's worth it just for the outfit. I do prefer the originals though.

As for the rarity of the first wave, I don't know. Maybe they were produced in smaller numbers or maybe people just wanted those more.
Nostalgia just ain’t what it used to be.
