How much to make a vinyl head?

For those of you that have done it how much does it cost to have a painted vinyl head for a mego made? And where?

I think i've heard you have to order at the very least 1,500 of them from China

Not sure about the price because i've never done it, but I think there is a minimum limit

How many thousand are you looking to order?

The tooling and production prices will vary from one
manufacturer to another based on the quality of the
material they are using.

I used to be able to order 1,000 heads at a time,
but the factories are pushing back now for higher
minimums.
