Toyfare subscription

Hey guys,
I have looked a bit and couldn't find anything. So sorry if this has already been covered. I know toyfare is done, i had let my subscription expire and my wife bought a new one for Christmas. Well before receiving a single issue we found out they were done. I have emailed them, my wife has emailed and we received nothing back. Does anyone know a way to reach someone there. My wife used our debit card so if we need to we can go through the bank but that is a pain and we shouldn't have to do it. They should have already refunded the money. If anyone has any help I'm all ears.

If it makes you feel any better I'm in the same boat. They cashed my check but I haven't received a notice or anything.

their press release was that they would not be issuing refunds, but that subscribers could choose to transfer their paid subscription to another mag ...I think you should be able to google to get the low down

Thanks guys, i think we will just go through our bank. There is no other wizard rag mag i want. And there should be no prob with the bank refunding.

I thought Wizard was canning all the magazines?

I used to get the Star Trek magazine in the late 90's early 00's and when it was canned, they just stopped charging my card after the last issue came out. I just assumed Wizard would do the same thing.

Wizard’s official line is this;

As our last issue shipped two weeks ago, all subscriptions are currently up to date. As is customary in the industry, we are working with other publishers on a suitable replacement for our subscribers’ remaining issues.

Also, we cannot control third parties from selling subscriptions, but no new subscriptions have been processed by us for awhile.

Wow i just read the last post and that's interesting cause my wife paid by going through wizard and im looking at the invoice she printed.
