It's a funny idea, but the best one is Lincolnstein because Lincoln's such an icon and there's a kind of pun/rhythm to the name, but the rest leave me a little cold. I'd rather see straight-up presidents like the Obama one.

I think these are amusing, also liking the Lincolnstein one the most, but not to the point where I'd shell out $25+ for them (well, maybe Lincoln). I'd think that there'd be a bigger market for the straight versions of the presidents. Are non-monster versions going to be available too?

I think standard JFK will be cool for a New Frontier kind of RA super grouping. I'd also be into Lincoln to command an Amazing Screw On Head custom, Star Trek Away Missions, etc. Most of the monsters don't hit my buttons, but I do kind of secretly love the Ronmy. Tricky Dick would be a fun Villian character (my friend would buy him as the hero), but I think the gillman version is just... I don't have anything nice to say.

Lincolnstein begs to be steam-punked out, with victorian outfit and monocle and all. I might just do that - have to see the finished product because right now his head looks enormous.

I feel the exact same way... I'm not going to be collecting them all, but there is a certain fun to how these guys can be customized and mix and matched with other stuff.

X-Presidents is a perfect custom.

How can anyone resist pairing Nixon and Killinger from the Venture Bros? There would be a fun kind of back story in there given how Killinger likes to "test" people... what happens when they fail that test? Watergate Lagoon! Or get the regular Nixon and dress him up in extra Killinger gear.

I really like the steam punk idea... you can throw an LJN wwf wrestling figure at cons these days without hitting someone kitted out in Steam Punk gear.
