I haven't got much interest in the monsters line at this point. But they do look cool all together. I am still trying to complete the WGSH set and Star Trek....although I have not been picking up much lately I did get the BatCopter a month or so back and I just got a nice T1 Robin to sit next the RC Bats in the BatCycle I picked up a few months back

Finally broke down and bought the CTVT Mad Monsters Series #2. (and a CTVT Skeleton)
WOW! I LOVE THESE! I wish I would've bought them a long time ago! They are truly deserving of being placed right next to the original Mego Mad Monsters (as you can see in pic #2). I also threw in the Tomland Fly that I dressed up in a CTVT suit (a little too tight, LOL) and a Fonz tee shirt. Also check out my Toyroom thread. I'm going to post a few more fun pics of these guys.

Got this a couple months back. One of many
I think to date this is my best pick up.
It was listed as un sewn in the arms. The seller made it sound in sad shape.
The neck hole was broke out, but I had a spare torso.
Only thing I did to the suit was wash it!
Come right from across the pond.
Best part? $26.xx shipped!!
Wants, original parts; thinking...
It's the quiet ones you gotta watch!
Custom suits, in time

Ok, I couldn't just leave her there lying in the case.
I was at my comic shop yesterday and he hasn't had any Megos (that I noticed anyway) for years and years. I was waiting for him to check me out so I was just browsing the glass cases when I noticed a 3 3/4" Chips carded Mego. I thought to myself, "Hey, a Mego. Too bad it's a crappy smaller one." Well if my comic shop is anything like most comic shops, there is stuff piled everywhere so I head on over to the last glass case in the row near the back of the store. I peered in and saw two 12" Superman movie figures. Jor-El & Zod priced at $25 each. I thought that was cool but didn't want them that bad. Then on the shelf right above them was FARRAH! I couldn't believe it! I had been meaning to some day pick one up but procrastinated too long and then she passed away and the prices went cuckoo. He has it marked $15 and I'm thinking there's no way he's going to not jack up the price. So I asked to see it and he takes her out and hands her to me and says, "I forgot I had that. Well if you don't take her I'll put her on ebay for a BIN of like $30-$40. You can have her for $12."
Well her hair and face look pretty nice but she has some major Megomelt, blue ankles, missing shoes, the dress was stuck to her thighs and she was really dirty and I almost turned him down but then I thought I'm probably not going to find one for $12 anytime soon so I took her home, bleached the dress, scrubbed the dirt off her and trimmed the melt with an Xacto knife. I think she turned out pretty nice. Displays nicely.
Now does anyone have a pair of white open-toed Farrah shoes for me?!

I know what you mean, Kryptomaster. I got Farrah in an auction lot, and had been planning to trade it or use it for customs. But when she got sick, I thought it would be nice to have one around, since they'd start showing up on eBay for way too much.Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?
Check out my customs!

Nice FF Spidey T. Patience will reward you at a good price. There have been a few recently that have gone un-noticed - hopefully you got one of them."I should say I`m very much cleverer than any of the people who put me here. As a matter of fact, I could leave any time I wanted. It`s only a doll`s house after all. Anyway, I don`t mind. I like dolls" - The Mad Hatter, Arkham Asylum.Comment
