still, it's a GREAT figure, and at least when carded you know the condition.

at least it LOOKS like it's never been opened, and expert would have to determine for sure or not, but I can't figure anybody would reseal the most common card.

that said, is it common to find Spideys with colored Torsos?
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

Latest is a CHiPS motorcycle I acquired right here! But when I saw it I am now posed with a dilemma: to go ahead and customize into Batgirl's cycle (as originally planned) or to get a Ponch and Jon to ride the thing! It's incredibly cool in person and makes me super nostalgic for the series I loved when I was 7 or 8.

So I finally visited the antique mall about ten minutes from my house after a year of putting it off and it's loaded with affordable vintage toys! Carded Mego stuff that didn't make me shake my head. It was impossible not to go home with this guy:

Really banner week at my house for Mego content, first I got this as a belated Christmas gift from a good friend:

It's a Canadian card and has a KMart price tag (where I got a lot of my black hole stuff) so its extra sentimental on top of being a killer surprise.

                And then there's this:

Never thought I'd get my hands on something this purty.

It's funny that everyone on these boards drools over the Palitoy Thing. I just never knew how rare he was because I've come across about 5 different ones MOC during the years. And the most I saw him for was 800.00. I know he's awesome, I know he's rare, but I never knew it until now...

The Palitoy card art works the best IMO, that Thing is a ripper Brian!! Congrats :-)

Totally Agreed.. I'm buying some repo Bradgate cards, especially for Spidey and the Torch.. Much better than the standard Mego cards IMO.

Some great pick ups. I would have been all over this toy as a kid. Never knew about him until years later. Love the carded Thing as well. Simply awesome.
