The Archies do look cool. Is it just me, Russ, or does your AJ's right eye look like it was re-painted or is much larger than the left?

it's pretty much the same size as the other, the picture does makes it look bigger. but no repaint

Sometimes the quality control on the AJ paintjobs wasn't that high. I get a lot with overspray and things like that.
Those Archies are cool. I remember those when they were new. I always wanted them and the Jalopy and I even wanted the similar Welcome Back Kotter figures but I never did get any of them. I did get a naked Archie in a lot last week with no paint rubs.

Ok a few new and a couple old I have never shown before. Russ helped me with the Captain America. Sent me a suit & head for free.
The Dorothy I just got MIB yet sans panties but that's a whole 'nother thread. (see Mego Fact) I think she's complete!
The black AJ I decided to dress in his traditional jumpsuit, short white boots & stretchy belt. Just noticed his emblem was glued on crooked at the factory. I'll have to fix that.
Picked up a tan jacket for my Emergency guy but it has some damage (on the other sleeve) .
The Black Knight was all in pieces in a lot I got. All pieces are original Mego. Yeah, I know he's incomplete and also has Galahad's helmet & sword but he's my first knight and I think he's cool. I also have a knight bodysuit and a couple misc armor pieces for another knight from the same lot. I'd have pooped a brick if ALL the pieces were in that lot!

I finally completed my vintage Star Trek crew. All are in excellent condition. But I'm still needing two blue tricorders (and a red communicator for the Klingon).

I also finished up the EMCE Star Trek crew. Perhaps the most accurate repros ever done.

What will most likely be my final Mego purchase for a while. I'm really psyched about getting this. I love 79 cards but with limited space, The Hulk is just too common, and Cap is too much $$. Spidey-just right. Also not showing up on a US card as much these days. This card really brought the memories flooding back. This is the card I most remember seeing as a child. Looking at it/holding for the first time in probably almost 30 years is a tremendous feeling. Many thanks to Dan for this great piece. If I do ever figure out more space though I'm in trouble, because this makes me want more!
