man I loved the Thundercats when it originally aired. I hope the new cartoon is not so juvenile like the original.

The original Thundercats cartoon was awesome. The Bandai classic Thundercats figures are made to be in scale with the LJN Thundercats figures.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Definitely excited about these. For these to be from Ban Dai is a real pleasant surprise. I can't wait preorder these.

Might not be Megos, but they're the right height I can see Thundercat Mego customs in the not so distant future

Love that classic Lion-o figure but hate his new look.

Giggity-goo!! Someone had 'snuck' some pictures from the UK show a little while back and posted them over at ThundercatsLair.com, but those were of the 4" line, these look AWESOME! Finally, PROPER-scale TCats to go with our Masters Classics!

(Those small ones look neat as well, as do the vehicles and playsets they have lined up, but 3"-5" really isnt my scale..)
