I'll be in Hawaii for 10 days with inlaws.

I like my inlaws but this trip is definately for my wife. Therefore - I will be requesting some toy shopping time!

i was in oahu about 10 years ago and went to

    island treasures antique mall
    2145 kuhio ave
    waikiki, hi

dont know if they're still around. kuhio is one of the main streets over there so it should be easy to locate.

    good luck,

Just remember, if you find a tiny Tiki statue, do not wear it while in a surfing contest, taking hula lessons, sleeping near spiders, or pillow fighting!!

I didn't notice anything in Kauai, and I doubt its even worth looking there, but Oahu should have some. I'd recommend the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet in Honolulu, they have a lot of stuff and the earlier in your trip, the better, because you may find things you'd like for the rest of your visit. We enjoyed it when we were there three years ago.

If there were going to be Mego's anywhere in Hawaii, that is where I'd expect to find them.

PS - Definitely do a Helicopter tour in Kauai. We went last month and it was one of the most spectacular things I've ever seen. I'd been told that Kauai is the best place in the world for a helicopter tour, and now I believe it.
