That's a good observation. I remember that Jeep, and it was CLEAN, but that building was foul. Damn.

      The ep is online now:

      American Pickers History.com Videos

The Batlab shows up at around 5:10 into it.

What's that POTA box that they show a bit before it? I can't make it out..

That house is ridiculous. And Frank is sweating like a ***** in church

I just watched this particular episode last night. I was more struck by the father whose children had zero interest in any of his things. I was really sad when they showed the tote of his toys that he had saved from when he was a child. I can understand his kids not wanting to take over the business or take on a lot of things, but a tote full of my father's toys from the fifties would be heirlooms. Hard to see that they wouldn't care to keep those few things or pass them down.

I did mention it in the auction watch part of the museum since it was linked at the time it was listed and I do think it sold for around $200.

I have to think they load most of their finds on something else other than that van. There is no way, they can travel from state to state and make it worth their while to haul things back thousands of miles. I also don't know why they don't purchase more when someone is willing to sell. They pass by items that they would normally pick up and I presume they make enough money off the show that money isn't really an issue with them.

It's a reissue of the Addar kits, came out in the late 1990s.

I always thought American Pickers was a show about farmers!

Well, you're half right since it seems like half of the junk they are picking through do seem to be in old barns sitting on farm land.

Yep, and a cache of Dukes of Hazzard stuff too. When Frank was looking thru that box of toys, I thought I caught a glimpse of an Evel Knievel bike. It was too quick to tell. They should really have these previews available on their website, but don't.

They must've changed the link. I watched this for about 10 minutes and no Batlab :(

I've just gotten in to watching this show, and I saw this episode last night. The Batlab looked to be in good shape. I think they said Batman and Robin were in there (you could see Robin and a Bat-suit). And the seller mentioned Joker and Penguin too?

They got a steal at $25!!!

Of all of these auction/pawn shows, I like Pickers best. I know there is some fudging with the editing, and the Danielle segments, but it "feels" more legit than most of the others. And Frank and Mike seem pleasant.

I have a hard time watching "Auction Hunters" on Spike. That Allen guy grates my nerves.
