Just curious as to why the Mexican Robin is so much different than the American one? I mean did they just use their artistic license to the utmost degree?
Does anyone have any pix of a mint one? All the ones I have see look very beat up.

It may have been a simple matter of easier production. Ledy was already making body suits for other figures so just use different colored material. Same for boots and cape so all you need is a vest. It seems simpler than coming up with production means for shorts and a sleeved tunic. Of course, that's pure speculation on my part.
