What type of T1 Mego body is this? No metal rivets

I bought this in a lot of Mego figures, & I can't find out anything about it. It's a T1 body, but instead of metal rivets it has plastic ones. Any help would be appreciated!

It's referred to as a Type 0. It's the very early release of a Mego body and was seen with the Action Jackson line.
