I love Mego ...Merry Men!!

Just finished collecting boxed & loose sets of Robin Hood & his Merry Men--I am so jazzed by these!

Great sculpts, detailed unique accessories, bright primary costumes that are Mego at it's best, yet well-made & appropriate.

And you can easily kit-bash line extensions--I have 8, possibly 10 other characters planned (I'm really into Robin Hood lol).

Also, play-wise, you can easily accessorize the line with a WOz Witches' Castle, cool POTA stallion &, POTA "medieval" vehicles!!

(Ach, too bad Mego never made that One Million BC Treehouse--it would have been perfect for Tarzan or Merry Men, but I have a plan...)

But the Robin Hood is a great line indeed: sweet costumes and well accessorized

I had the CTVTs first as well, but there is really no comparison with vintage. I'm so glad to hear of children receiving them, though.

I'm still amazed that Megos were considered fairly cheap back in the '70s--they are very nicely done by today's standards.
