    sorry to hit everybody with the noob questions.

    when it comes to capes fraying, where do you guys stand on trimming them?

    i think they display better trimmed, but is this something i may change my mind about after i understand the hobby more?

    I hate repro parts and alterations but I have nothing against trimming the ends of a fraying cape --- as long as you don't trim more than just the fraying part.

      If you think they look better trimmed go for it. I trimmed some of the capes in my collection the look much better I have no regrets.

        Hmmmm....

        If they're at the point you've got to trim them, use a little "Fray Check" afterwards.
