QORN WGSH who gets cut?

Myx is a good one, but i'd also consider Isis

From a today adults point of view she a great figure, but looking back at the time she's the definite oddball of the bunch without much appeal to Mego's WGSH's core audience - boys.

Today she's a well loved figure, but I remember back in the mid 80's when Mego collecting was in it's infancy you almost couldn't give Isis away --- and most people wouldn't even admit she was part of the WGSH line.

As a side note, is Isis actually WGSH? That designation is not on her packaging. Is she her own line, like Sweet Innocence or KromeDome?

I find this very interesting and I agree.... In fact, my wife was looking at photos of packaged Isis dolls the other day, (she wants one..) and she had asked me the same.... In her mind, Isis isnt part of the WGSH line whatsoever.

Had to say who I would have CUT, much easier to say who I would have ADDED!


Yeah, I'd probably have cut Isis - maybe Tarzan. (Though he is a favorite) Myx though? Hell no - he's great! I always had him and Joker team-up as a kid - he was my Penguin!
(I still need a Myx by the way...cough cough...)

Mxy - an easy choice for me. As a kid the first thought was "he's not as tall as Superman"

I always wanted a Bizzarro or Lex.

Isis - I was not a fan of the show, so I never got wanted the character, but I did get a WW, Batgirl and Catwoman when I was a kid. They were a part of the comics, so they were a part of my storylines.

As for Isis, I think she's a part of the WGSH, just like Batgirl or Supergirl. She may not be a big part of the "comic book world", but she is a female superhero and she did hang out w/ Captain Marvel.

Myx was simply done wrong. The rubber bendy figure was probably more in scale and better looking to the Mego 8" line IMO. I am surprised they chose him over Lex.

Rather than cut him I choose to go back in my Delorean and make him better. Because in Mego Fantasy Land we can do just that. Titan body and just a tad more psychotic. If that first smirking Myx was scary enough to require a resculpt, this one would have made kids crap their underoos. Just the way a villain should. BK head with a simply awesome Brian Leitner suit for those wondering. So would you still have cut the mischievous little imp?

Only one, that's a toughie as i see it my top two choices would be Mr Mxyp and Conan, Mr Mxyp because he's just a bad figure and Conan because he doesn't fit and work with the other figures
since i can only cut out one so Conan you are saved by the skin of your shorts

I know this may not be a very popular reply but for me it would be Tarzan. I just never thought he fit in with the Super Heros. Put him in with the POTA since he is used to playing with monkeys.
