    Mego Frankenstein comes to life

    "Look! It's moving. It's alive. It's alive... It's alive, it's moving, it's alive, it's alive, it's alive, it's alive, IT'S ALIVE! " - Henry Frankenstein

Today's revised Mad Monsters Gallery and trading card reveal is the Mego Monster Frankenstein. Along with what is my favorite card in the series we have what can only be called the definitive page for this character, every known packaging variant is now on display thanks to Charlie Balicki's great contributions . This fine card was sponsored by Scott C Adams, who has designed every trading card.
    Happy Halloween!

Sweet card to end a sweet set. These cards and the gallery updates really have given me a new appreciation for the mad monsters. Loved seeing the window boxes and Kresge cards for them. May have to actually start looking for them. Thanks to Scott, Brian, Charlie and Mike for the new pics and updates.

I really like the 3-D effect on this set. It looks like the figures are about to jump off the card at you.

Best card yet. I didn't think I'd be saying that again but it's true.

That's pretty awesome looking, but then again, I have yet to be unimpressed by any of the cards!

Heh. I like this pose, too. The monsters are the few Megos I prefer on Type One bodies---the stiff awkwardness makes them more monsterlike.

It's been a fun set to do, thanks for the opportunity!

Having been privy to these before their release (aren't I special), I knew very well that Frankenstein was going to bring the house down.

That's something I completely agree with. The T1 body really works for the Monsters, especially Frankenstein and the Mummy. I've always thought that Mego's Frankenstein was one of their best figures ever.
