Would you pay top dollar for the "Pursuit of Happyness" Mego?

I finally caught the rerun of "Pursuit of Happyness" on TNT. It got me thinking about the Captain America Mego so influential to the story. There's obviously been Megos in film and TV over the years, but never one so completely vital to the story.

Question is, with proper authentication and certificates, would you pay top dollar for this Mego Captain America?

I wouldn't pay top dollar for any movie item that could be easily bought elsewhere.

A one of a kind movie prop would be a different story.

It's a really great movie and a true story. Will Smith isn't his usual annoying and cocky self and approached the role with a ton of sincerity. It's disturbingly sad to see what some people are wiling to endure to get exactly what they want. The movie makes you think about some of the trivial things you complain about or take for granted.

Good movie, it would definitely increase the value of the Cap for me.

Has anyone seen the Geena Davis movie "Accidents Happen"? Came out about a year ago, it's set in the late 70's & early 80's, I supplied the vintage toys for the kid's rooms and I snuck in a couple of Megos but I've yet to see the movie so I'm not sure if they made it to screen.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but it wouldn't increase the value for me

though many of US have said we wouldn't pay extra for it, we aren't the intended buyer. they aren't looking for Mego heads. they are looking for fans of the movie. so, if you loved the movie (only a bonus if you're nostalgic about the toy).

as far as it not being mint it is irrelevant. mint is now defined as the condition it was presented in the film - not the condition of it new.

it was a good movie but I could not see paying more money for a common figure like that just becase the kid played with it in the movie....besides, he just left it laying in the street
