Stupid of me, or?

Just in theory here folks -
What if I had a 'Fist Fight' version of the Lizard, but I didnt care for the internal mechanisms and the 'action features', would it be foolish of me to, for example, want to swap him for a regular Lizard+ or some other Megos?

I dont want to be the guy that swapped the silk purse for the sow's ear!

Opinions please?

Not foolish at all. If you don't base your collection on what you like, and make it all about 'what it's worth', it's just a monkey on your back.

Hmmmm....

I'd swap it out. I've done it before: trading figures or accessories I didn't care for. I've replaced stuff with custom parts because I liked the custom bit better.

I used to have a Fist Fighter Robin

It was the only Fist Fighter in my collection

I only got it because it was $10.00 on a flea market (complete and nice)

Used to bug me because it was like a sore thumb in my collection.

I wound up selling him off and getting a regular one.

If you don't like something there's no reason to keep it.

You shouldn't have a problem swapping out a FF Lizard for a regular one. I'm sure someone would bite at that swap.

Megocrazy - No no, not the Fist Fight Lizard for JUST a regular Lizard - I may be new to this collecting world, but I'm not a dummy! Wouldnt that be the same as swapping Smirnoff Vodka for Grey Goose Vodka? I mean, sure, Smirnoff is GREAT, but come on...!
