mego lionrock footballers arrived pictures

hi all the footballer figures have arrived and heres pictures for you to see...
as i said im no football fan ..but these look great figures... thanks to clem i now know there are 2 steve goalgetters and the other is franz

now the kits .../ im not sure ...was the different kits made for steve and franz? or did franz only have a red kit.... either way the kits are what i got with them i know one steve has the standard suit..the other kits are manchester city and one says scottish football association now im guessing these kits are matched up right with socks tops etc.... sadly the manchester top has some red marks on it and a boot is missing..if anyone has any idea that will get these out..please give me a shout....im just not sure now if i keep or sell/trade.. its so much different seing them for real than just lookin at the pictures...??? heres the pics

So Franz is wearing the Scotland International kit (Very common kit for some reason) and the other is as you say Manchester City and standard Goalgetter kit. The Team outfits were sold separately. Steve Goalgetter came boxed in the standard Red kit. Outfits were England, Scotland, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Celtic, Leeds and Rangers (Glasgow?). There are no Franz clothes in your lot btw. (not even the boots)

thanks for the help clem..the franz did have the steve standard suit on but i changed it because i know the suit belonged on steve goal getter
the guy i got them off had allready sold a bunch of stuff...so im obviously guessing the franz stuff went with it.. i did also get 2 levers for the kicker action though :(

Great stuff. I love the retro team uniforms. BTW, I'm pretty sure the Rangers are the Glasgow version. The uniform has the overlayed F,C, R logo.

Chris DVM tld me some harrowing tales of trying to chase down the proper socks for each kit. It seems like a really fun/challeniging line to complete. Good luck and thanks for sharing.

Yes that makes sense. Out of the 10 outfits, the Scottish national team and the two biggest Scottish clubs (and still are) The other 7 being English National team, and 6 of the biggest English clubs of the 70s.
