Got A Batcave And I Need Help

I JUST GOT A MEGO BATCAVE ON EBAY BUT IT'S MISSING THE VINYL(OR PLASTIC)FLOOR AND THE BOX.DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THE FLOOR AND DOES ANYBODY MAKE A REPO OF THE BOX?LASTLY,THE PLAYSET HAS SOME SMALL TEARS AND SPLITS AT THE SEAMS.DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO FIX THESE OR CAN ANY MEGO MUESEUM MEMBER FIX THEM FOR ME?BELOW IS A PICTURE OF MY NEW(OLD)PURCHASE.

Well, I don't know about the mat, but I think you should use packing tape to fix the seams, (I did), and maybe a wooden dowel and paint it yellow.

the seams it depends on the tears, if it seams bag/plastics sealer ,
on rips tape or clear flexible vinyl cement and clear vinyl pool patch.
if its wrinkled ,lightly pass a blow dryer over the area to warm it up and straighten it out
