Mr. Krusher, I have to say I'm enjoying your enthusiasm! It's refreshing to see someone having a really fun time starting a Mego collection and getting to know the Mego Museum and what this place is all about!

They do look pretty clean. You can't really beat 4 decent Megos from any line for less than 6 bucks apiece. Heck we've all seen some real garbage go for a lot more than that. You outta be able to score those shoes with a little luck, in the marketplace.

            Thanks guys!

Just opened my Oz box from E-Bay....These are some GREAT figures!! Just beautiful! I had a couple of dissapointments though - The Lion's lower leg was floating around in his suit!!
I stripped him and it seems the little 'pin' came out (broken) - its a very clean break, I need to know how to fix my Lion!!

Very ODD about the Lion having a seperated leg - all of them look to be minty, for SURE they were never played with by a kid - The suits look pretty much untouched by human hands. (They smell like 70s Avon perfumes, lol)

Also - The Tin Man's armour isnt removable!?!? What gives?

            Thanks for any help!

Not all Mego items are removable - at least not easily. The Knight outfits are the same way. Glued together. You can crack them open if you are very careful, but unless you are a customizer and need the jumper or something like that, then it really isn't worth it.

Lion is a type2? It sounds like it since you mention pin. Probably the pin was just weak and snapped over time. It may have even given way in transit. Knee joints can be problematic at times. There are LOTS of carded Hulks with busted legs floating around.

You can get knee pins from Doc Megos site, or you could swap the leg out with a good one if you are comfortable with Mego surgery.
