I usually don't make deliveries for the Plumbing Supply company I work for but today I had to make a run out to East Setauket out here on Long Island. On the way back from the delivery I made a stop at one of my old thrift stores that I used to go to and came across this bad boy in a bag of toys:
No shield...but it was well worth the slight detour I took coming back from the delivery. This is the second 3 3/4 cap I have found in a thrift store. Found a Pocket Heroes cap about 7 or 8 years ago at a thrift store that was affiliated with the one I found this CAH Cap at. This is the 3rd Mego I have found in these 2 thrift store in 10 years that I have been going to them. Keep looking...you'll eventually find that Mego in the wild.
BTW, also picked up a VHS copy of the movie Houdini with Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh...I don't think it's available here in the US on DVD. Not a bad day...and the grand total...$1.61 with tax included
