Even beat up or overpriced, I still enjoy seeing Megos in the wild. I've actually started going to shows knowing its unlikely I'll buy anything. Its just fun to poke around.

Congrats on a great find Dave. If your patient, you can find C.8 boxed western figures for around $50. It takes time, but I've picked about about half of them.

This show, when at it's biggest, is two large halls. At it's smallest, it's half a hall, usually filled with models and matchbox cars. It was the small one I found my RMR. Only went because my son had his cousin over visiting and he'd never been to a show. It was something to do. I didn't even really have cash on me. Walked up to the first both and noticed a few mego's on stands. Looked down at some he had bagged and there was the RMR. I assumed it was fake and asked to take a look. It wasn't fake. I was hoping the guy didn't know what he had, but of course he did. He held it for me and 5 minutes after I took the boys to the toy show, we were leaving to find an ATM.

That was a good Mego month for me. I got my Zorro within 2 weeks of that RMR. I was broke for a while after that month.

Here are the requested pics of the stables. Got a couple others floating around not pictured here, they are still looking for a home, but there are a couple customs and a non-mego hourse in the house. In one of the pics, the boxed Cochise is pictured behind his loose counterpart.
