I finally got a WW to put in my empty WW repro card. I want to make a headband for her hair but didn't see anything in the library. Any one have a good tip on making one?

you can use small ziplock bags. Measure and cut and then tape the back and put it on. Works great. The tape will be to the back and you won't be able to see the tape.
