    Tough keeping track

    So;

    There's a TON of Mego-esque figures coming out over the next little while, and I'm having trouble keeping track of what's out, what's coming, etc. Anyone working on a definitive list?

    Also; anyone know a good place to order from that won't kill with shipping to Canada? Getting the EMCE stuff from Doc Mego's site works great, but I'm looking at the Venture Brothers figs, and Brick. (Must. Get. Brick.) I was thinkin' of cruising ebay; even at the inflated collector's prices it might be possible to snag some OVERALL cheaper 'cos of the post cost.

    Were trying to keep Re-mego up to date, let us know what else we might do to to make that work better.

    Sorry about the Canadian shipping issue, that sux. The purchase links at the Museum to EE do give us a little kickback.

        ^^Yes...

        The simplest thing to do would be a master list with links on where to buy and put that in a sticky thread somewhere. Someone industrious could volunteer to do that.....

          This explosion of Megish goodness reminds me of parents who have multiple children who grow up and get married, and who in turn have children of their own. They may not all carry the last last name, but they're all part of the family; legacies.

          Maybe instead of calling it remego, we should just refer to them as that... The Mego Legacy.

            Doc was talking about how some of this is happening because the people in charge making decisions are now children of the Mego era. I almost pitied the younger generation who will be forced to endure this wave of retro stuff we are forcing upon them. But hopefully they will find them to be as compelling as we do. Time will tell.

              That would be great!

                I wouldn't doubt that you can get Brick quite easily without going through the US shipping channels given the fact that Palitoy is up here in the Great White North with us!

                Have you thought about ordering the Venture Bros through Diamond/Previews from one of your local comic shops? Alternatively, isn't Detroit just across the bridge from you? Maybe you can find a contact to get it shipped there for you to pickup. I was thinking of going that route given how stupid the Entertainment Earth shipping is to Canada.

                  Yes, Canadians will get Purolator shipping because I don't have to fill out forms.

                  I'm trying hard to keep track of everything via Remego, still need to add more Commander X stuff, Beastly and whatever else I've forgotten at this point...
