What pieces do you consider must haves to complete your 8 inch heros line?

I know everyone wants Secret ID's but what more normal figures do have to have? Im not talking one mint and one loose or on different bodies.

Do you need to have: smirking Mr. Mxy, RC Batman, the ladies in silkscreened and sticker symboled costumes, wonder woman with big stars?


Just wondering what everyone things. The only one i really want is smirking mxy. Maybe the silkscreened costumes

Only ones I'm missing are the Secret Identities (really only want a Peter Parker) and Teen Titans. Love to get at least one of each, but them puppies are EXPENSIVE.

Other than that, a broken-circle and/or diamond "circle" Spider-Man (yeah, I know, "Good Luck!", but I can dream, right?) would be sweet, too.

As far as Megos go I pretty much have every loose figure I want, including silkscreened suits (not every variation tho, maybe one day I'll go after those, but that's not a priority right now). For boxed and carded figures I still need a boxed Batman and a carded Riddler (way out of my range right now). And secret identities of course

If we're talking foreign Megos too, then I still need a Lili Ledy Catwoman and Riddler (won't even mention Joker or boxed versions) and a Basa Robin (boxed Robin and Batman would be sweet too). I recently acquired a Popy Batman, so I'm cool there (thanks again Bryan)

I'll be happy with one of each WGSH at this point, never mind variants and packaging.

I *think* I'm just shy a Aqualad for a "complete" set of characters, not counting the Secret ID's. I'll probably move onto completing the 12" Heroes and (missing Luthor I think) and then maybe Comic Action or Super Powers.

I would definately say Im a completist to a certain extent. I have 3 an 3/4 of the secret Id figs. Also have all the silk screened variants. Im not to much into the little subtle changes yet but do have most already. I am more so a completist when it comes to original though. Started out small but can say all my megos are 100% original excluding the palitoy 1999 figures. Some day though I plan on finding original red thingys for there belts. I could say Im the crazy guy that if I needed it bad enough would drop $50 for a speedy hat. Although three have passed through my hands recently. Being patient always pays off in the end.

I have spent a significant amount of money for the collection that I have obtained over the years. I am very happy and pretty content with the collection that I have amassed. T1, T2 WGSH, POTA, Star Trek complete original loose and carded, Titans, 12" Mego line, silk screened suits, big arse Superman (LOL) and I cannot even think of all of them at the moment. I am sure that I left out some.

I am definitely not a Mego completest by any means though. I do not get any satisfaction from collecting foreign or boxed Mego's personally. (Even though I have a couple anyway) That is just me though and of course as always to each their own.

When I have Falcon & Isis I'll feel my set is "complete" and I could make a case for RM Robin. I don't feel like I "have" to have the Titans. Outside of comics ads just a lack of nostalgia for the Titans. I'd probably go some '12 stuff first because I actually remember seeing them as a kid, and there's other nostalgia tie ins (Movie for Superman, TV show for Wonder Women).

I probably will never get the AE's -- I do have Peter Parker with repro clothing and I am okay with that. They are just too expensive and out of my reach.

I would like a silk screened batgirl -- and the flesh color silk screened catwoman. I don't care about Supergirl or WW.


I have T1 and T2 of all the heroes. So, I am good. Just need a few parts that I have repro place holders for and I will consider my collection complete.

I have my own sense of complete and it has been steady for a while now. I don't have much more that I need but I have tried to make it tough so I have something to do!

I respect those that have gone whole hog to try to collect 'em all. That's cool.

Large Stars Wonder Woman
Large S Superman
SOS Spider-man
Palitoy Starsky

Anything after these (T2 Monsters, T1 or T2 Heroes, etc) is just icing on the cake for me. I'd love to own a GAH Ralph but that's a pipe dream.
