which thing do you prefer?

have you ever noticed that the thing not only has variations on his suit but also on his head and body color. some have a yellow color and others have an orange color to it. has anyone noticed or am i being overly observant. maybe mego switched production materials slightly causing the difference in color?

I have a Thing (from one of the infamous Pin Pin cards) that now has a faded orange head (used to be a vibrant orange about 20 years ago). I'll tell ya, I sure don't prefer that variation.

I used to have a type 1 Robin with a very deep green in his outfit, for some unknown reason I parted with it and I wish I hadn't.

I think the factory had to mix their own colours and never mixed them in the same proportions twice. It's common to see mismatched bodyparts on factory sealed Hulks.
