Welcome back kotter figure question

Was it originally hasboro or mattel that produced these figs if so what other
licenses did they have like this in the 8 inch range 70s to 79
please educate me

Mattel did those, they also produced Space:1999 and Mork on those Sunshine Family bodies. They're not 8" though, they're 9".
