for lack of a better term, I must say I am surprised at the attention Aquaman is getting. I just never stood back and looked at him as a popular character. Nice to see him get this sort of attention.
Now if he only was coming with those web hands.....shucks.

Alright, I am still excited about these.
I think Black Manta looks the best, Followed by Aquaman although he does look a lttle young the suit looks great! Two-Face came out good (probably won't get him, not really a fan of his)

As for Batman,I think once he is put on a Zica body he will look quite cool. I think the mask looks clunky because the Mattel bodies have pretty narrow upper torso's makes the cowl look to big.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Aquaman is the coolest of these. And his legs look pretty good! I didn't notice the trident before...BONUS!, and yeah, he does look a little young, but hey, wasn't Aquaman young once? I think it's part of the charm of the figure. Very "cartoon-y" like. I think I'll be getting one of these!

Personally I wish that the gray was a little darker - and the shorts were
larger - but that's the reality of production.

I don't expect everyone here to just say they love it - and all the posts
(except 1 or 2) have been reasonable and well voiced, not expletives
and rudeness.

I will not comment on the cowl until I see them in person. Everyone
involved in this loves the original RC Batman, so it was always the way
to go. The painted Batman head has never been a favorite of mine.

Nah, my Batman is Neal Adams and Jim Aparo, not Jim Lee. Still, it's a solid representation of the Lee Batman.

I begged for 8" super heroes since the 90's.....and begged some more. Never did I beg for ones that were 100% perfect or to my standards, I just wanted someone to attempt it. Now they have I am grateful to have an opportunity to stand ina checkout buying my son his own Aquaman. Amen.

I think people get way too worked up about these types of things. No toy can be all things to all people. Way too many different tastes and different ideas on what makes a perfect figure.

That is true to some degree, however you could add yourself to the list too, ... I have read many posts from you threw the yrs, and you are a very Serious MOTU Collector, as well as other lines ,... and are Passionate about what you collect, and posts your dislike comments as well. ... You did so yourself in the last page of this Thread, expressing you Dislike for "Grim and Gritty Dark" Batman, as well as Dislikes for various Toy Scales, and looks. Those comments could also be viewed in Negative light.

Adult Toy Collecting is very Serious ..., You are right there is no Wrong,... or right .. it IS just Based on Opinion.

And Yes ..., I view myself as a Very Serious Batman Collector , ... and it really is far worse, I will admit this, when you start Customizing and making your own stuff.\

1 thing is for certain ..., If this Batman was the End all , Beat all ..., We and Many other's would Not even be Having this Discussion.

I love the simple retro look of it.

I do enjoy Simplicity as well, believe it or not, I suppose I wouldn't collect vintage Mego and Super Power's , or He-man or current JLU if I didn't. My complaints go beyond that however. Batman doesn't even look like the card at, and His shade of Blue doesn't even Match. Where as , you can agure that the rest of the Line clearly Does in this reguards.

I didn't really mean you , yourself on the Thankful comment ..., I have just read that in the past, and don't think it's a very fair comment to begin with, so I put that in my post, as it sorta pertained to the topic on Hand.

I think a ton of folks feel jipped on Batman ..., otherwise all the Negative posts wouldn't be posted and presented.
