closed auction! but who is this figure?

    closed auction! but who is this figure?

    I was watching an auction long story short i had to hold my son so he can go down for a nap and i didnt get back to the computer in time to bid :( thought i had more time? anyway who is this figure in this auction? the feet have painted sandals but the outfit looks all futuristic? and looks like an LJN body but i dont recognize the head? anyway take a look and tell me what you think.

      It's a Ninja Action Figure by Talbot - more info here at Lou Melogra's awesomely awesome site.

      I was watching this one too, but I just picked up another Tong Ninja --- still looking for a white one from this or the LHT line (I'm looking at you Laurie! ... But my wallet might not be :( ...) and any of the weapon sets - plug, plug --- so I passed.

              They're pretty cool. I'm hoping I can find one weapon set to mold and repro for myself... The suit in the packaged version on Lou's site show's a karate style gi outfit - but the only figure I ever picked up from this line was in a Tong Ninja style suit - except the legs and sleeves were both factory hemmed with elastic, so obviously the suit was meant for a sandal type figure...
              The head had been modified on mine (sadly someone sanded down the scar and chin...), which means it could have easily been a frankenstien but I've never seen the ninja figs with sandal feet, just footy pjs or ragged cut ends that used to be footy bjs. Mine was also a cotton broadcloth type fabric, whereas the Tong ninjas I'm familiar with have a stretchier polyester - it had the same white nylon netting though on the chest and legs.

              The LJN Swat vest in white is new to me also... don't know where it's from or if it belonged to this fig.

                  I just picked one up that is the exact same as that one but all white ..... No mask or weapons ....... I have the black one for a while now and he has the mask .... Nither of them have weapons though .... Roy
