because that packaging strongly resembles the older G.I. Joe 3/34 figures from the 80's I am thinking one of two possibilities here
1. They were left over figures and picked up by whichever company and sold under this made up toy line
2. It is total BS and someone created a custom card to put a loose Eagle force figure on trying to pass it as vintage 70's"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"

Possible; but I think making a repro card would be more trouble and expense than would be worth.
>They were left over figures and picked up by whichever company
That'd be my guess, especially since they were released near the end of Mego.

It's not a BS repro card someone made, there's quite a few of these floating around out there and I've had a bunch of them for years now. I don't know the specific history of these knock-offs but they definitely seem to fall under the category of "left over figures and picked up by whichever company and sold under this made up toy line."Comment

Left over figures picked up by some anonymous toy company, these pop up a good deal actually.
After Mego's demise, many of the figure molds went into odd knock off items. Acroray once told me he found a G.I. Joe knock off figure that had Isaac from the Love Boat's head!Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions
