Hum, doesn't look like the figure has any accessories either.

because that packaging strongly resembles the older G.I. Joe 3/34 figures from the 80's I am thinking one of two possibilities here

      1. They were left over figures and picked up by whichever company and sold under this made up toy line

      2. It is total BS and someone created a custom card to put a loose Eagle force figure on trying to pass it as vintage 70's

Possible; but I think making a repro card would be more trouble and expense than would be worth.

        >They were left over figures and picked up by whichever company

That'd be my guess, especially since they were released near the end of Mego.

It's not a BS repro card someone made, there's quite a few of these floating around out there and I've had a bunch of them for years now. I don't know the specific history of these knock-offs but they definitely seem to fall under the category of "left over figures and picked up by whichever company and sold under this made up toy line."

Left over figures picked up by some anonymous toy company, these pop up a good deal actually.

After Mego's demise, many of the figure molds went into odd knock off items. Acroray once told me he found a G.I. Joe knock off figure that had Isaac from the Love Boat's head!

                  Hey,
It's legit. A friend of mine collects Eagle Force and he has the complete set of the original figures on these knock off cards.

It was Isaac's head (or some black dude) on Buck Rogers' body, cast in purple, painted up vaguely like a STTNG figure. Hideous. You could even see where the legal lines were gouged off of the mold.

Didn't I pass that little guy along to you, Brian?

I have a soft spot for Eagle Force. I really liked metal figures like them as a kid.
