The 'Introduce yourself' thread for the Ape Cards got me thinking that I never really did an 'intro' that said much about me.
I am Chris Wallace. Next week I turn 41 years old although I feel about 20. Having a 4 year old son helps in that regard.
I am married (just hit the 12 year mark, although we dated for 7 years before that.) My wife is an RN and I am a designer/prepress supervisor and collector of all things great and odd.
My family is my life. I spend more time with my son than average and love my wife unconditionally.
Pix of them (and me) can be found here:

I work close to home and don't leave the state much. I see there are a few NC boys in the neighborhood here. Any ladies?
My memories of megos include the infamous (in my mind, anyway) First-Grade-Spidey-Trade-for-a-Test-Tube-of-Red-Liquid.
Happened just like that. Jr. scientist wannabe, that was me.
I remember being very upset that the Batcave I had just gotten for Christmas was in that small box. Had to be broken to fit in there, surely.
Thank the Lord for big brothers as mine put the thing together like he was born to do it.
I remember inking in the webs on Mego-Spidey's head because no webs just wasn't right.
I remember the darn bat-latch coming loose and not holding up the secret entrance anymore. Think I used a paperclip or some-such.
I remember in great detail Mego-Superman's face.
I remember the first run I got. It was Spidey's leg and I had my Mom sew it so that it wasn't noticeable. Couldn't see the run but the seam made Spidey look like a second-rater.
I remember playing with my Mego-Spidey while Spiderman was on the Electric Company. Waaaaaayy cool, that!
This is getting long, but I have memories of the batcopter, batmobile, exploding bridge (I was a bit disappointed with that), and all my megos and vehicles.
All the toys are gone now. I had lots of family so all toys got passed down until they passed away.
That's why I'm glad you guys are here. Hadn't thought of some of that in years.
