Welcome to the Mego Museum Chris!
Glad you found here and have a good spent time to chatting each others!
I would like to hear more from you, feel free and posting this forum anytime.
I collect The Planet Of the Apes, Star Trek & Aliens and others about 3 times in the past I had sold all of my Mego collection off and tried to make enough money for my plan to move out but it's not enough money to paying for towing my mobile home (new long trailer with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) Next time I better kept my Mego collection tight and keep looking for a better jobs, I'll be very patience. When I found a job then I'll saving money is for my plan to moving out in somewhere Hill Country, Texas and half money left over is for my Mego Collection. I was wrong to selling off my Mego Collection but now I know BETTER next time not to selling off my Mego collection again in the future.
Now I'm starting re-builting Mego collection:
1.) The Planet of the Apes - loose, complete & all original near mint variations and regular Ape figures, I can't afford to buy carded Apes because they're very expensive. So, I'll get some reproduction cards with bubble from mego73 (our member from this Mego Museum forum.) His reproduction cards with bubble looks awesome colorful artwork. He's the man, I'm PROUD of him!!!
2.) P.O.T.A MIB Treehouse & MIB Fortress playsets
3.) Star Trek crew & Aliens and U.S.S Enterprise Playset
4.) and then other Megos, vehicles and playsets.Last edited by Mr Mego; Oct 1, '07, 2:04 AM.Comment

Chris it is very realistic. I started out collecting only loose apes thinking that that would be the only way that I would ever be able to own them all. That was some years ago and I have managed, through time and dilligent searching to obtain them all carded. Don't give up. Remember it's not the kill, it's the thrill of the hunt.Comment
